EU will create jobs in developing countries

The European Union is used to give money to help developing countries. According to a report of the Committee on Development, a focus has to be made on the financing of projects that create jobs in these countries. The sectors that have to be developed are agriculture and alternative energies, with "green" jobs. That will give to poor countries the possibility to help themselves.
